CHARLOTTE RANSON, AMFT

Therapist

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I know how hard it can be to look like you have it all together on the outside—while everything on the inside feels tight, overwhelmed, or stuck in overdrive. Maybe you're someone who holds yourself to a high standard, is always pushing for more, but feels like it’s never quite enough. Or maybe you've been through something hard (recent or long ago), and you’re realizing it’s still impacting you more than you expected.

I help kids, teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and substance use—especially those who are tired of carrying so much alone. When it comes to trauma, I believe healing doesn’t always require reliving every detail. Instead, we focus on how it’s showing up in your daily life, and how to build real tools to help you feel safe, grounded, and in control again. I also use evidence-based approaches like CBT to help high-achieving individuals challenge unhelpful thoughts, quiet self-doubt, and start responding to themselves with a little more compassion.

I work closely with parents, too. I’ve seen firsthand—through my own family and healing journey—how powerful it is when parents feel informed, supported, and connected in the process. I’ll always make sure you’re part of the work, not watching from the sidelines.

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #148385) supervised by Kelly McCullough, LCSW (#80807). If you’re ready to find a better way forward—whether that means getting unstuck, learning to set boundaries, or just catching your breath—I’m here for it, and I’m here for you.
