Are you or a loved one feeling increasingly disconnected from the world around you?

As parents, we want our children to grow up feeling resilient and confident. However, when your child seems different--more withdrawn, sad, or irritable--it can be alarming. Today's youth experience significant pressures, from academic demands to social dynamics, which can greatly impact their mental health.

Adults, too, may find themselves overwhelmed by life's challenges, leading to feelings of hopelessness and isolation. It is not uncommon for daily tasks to feel insurmountable, leaving children and adults both struggling to find joy and motivation.

Depression can create a sense of paralysis, making even the simplest of tasks, like taking a shower, feel impossible.

When you are a loved one is unable to cope, it can deeply impact their self-worth. You might hear them express negative thoughts or feel like they don't measure up. They might even cancel plans with friends, experiment with substances, or self-harm as a way to escape the pain. For parents, this can be heart-wrenching to watch on the sidelines without knowing what to do next.

When you reach out, we’ll set up an introductory call to explain what to expect from the therapy process and determine if we’re a good fit. In our first session, we’ll meet together to discuss treatment expectations and goals.

By the end of that session, we’ll provide recommendations on the type of treatment, duration, and recommended frequency. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to help you or your child regain that spark for life you’ve been missing.
