Karla Wolff, LMFT (#136201) is a licensed therapist who works with children, adolescents and families. Karla emphasizes a collaborative approach in the therapy room and encourages individuals to be an active part of the treatment process. Karla graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. In treatment, Karla balances both the importance of developing resiliency while also utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent management training (PMT), and exposure therapy. Karla supports her clients in developing effective coping skills to better manage life stressors. To maintain her own mental health, Karla enjoys going to the gym, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three cats.
