KARLA WOLFF, LMFT
Karla Wolff, LMFT (#136201) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents and families. Karla graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Karla specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. In treatment, Karla balances both the importance of developing resiliency while also utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent management training (PMT), and exposure therapy. Karla emphasizes a collaborative approach in the therapy room and encourages individuals to express their ideas and feedback. Karla supports her clients in developing effective coping skills to better manage life stressors. To maintain her own mental health, Karla enjoys going to the gym, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three cats.
