KARLA WOLFF, AMFT
Karla Wolff, AMFT (#117452) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents and families. Karla graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Karla specializes in treating anxiety, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. In treatment, Karla balances both the importance of developing resiliency while also utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent management training (PMT), and exposure therapy. Karla uses a collaborative approach and encourages individuals to express their ideas and feedback in the therapy room. Karla encourages individuals to manage their mental health by teaching coping skills that can be implemented in daily life. To maintain her own mental health, Karla enjoys going to the gym, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three cats.
